Description

The HCR PZ 60 is the entry point into the HUSCOF PRIME series, a fully automated commercial coffee roaster built for green bean charges between 30 kg and 60 kg per drum. A double-walled drum combines conductive and convective heat transfer for consistent flavor and aroma batch after batch, while a user-friendly control panel and Artisan software integration let roasters monitor and record every roast professionally. A Programmable Logic Controller governs temperature, time, and airflow with micro-adjustments made multiple times a second, so roasting profiles can be programmed, saved, and recalled to make sure batch A tastes like batch B. Four independent motors drive roasting and cooling separately, and the cooling tray with cooling mixers brings a batch down in minutes, locking in aroma and flavor while keeping cycle times short.
