Description

The HCR PZ 180 is the largest machine in the HUSCOF PRIME series, built for green bean charges between 90 kg and 180 kg per drum for roasteries running at volume. The double-walled drum combines conductive and convective heat transfer for consistent flavor and aroma, while a user-friendly control panel and Artisan software integration give roasters professional-grade monitoring on every batch. Four independent motors run roasting and cooling functions independently, and the cooling tray with cooling mixers brings a full batch down quickly to lock in aroma and flavor. A high-class self-made burner and precise thermocouples work in sync with the temperature controllers, with manual fire flame and hot air adjustment available alongside full PLC automation — so a Programmable Logic Controller governs temperature, time, and airflow with micro-adjustments made multiple times a second, letting roasters program, save, and recall exact roasting profiles at scale.
