Description

The HCR PZ 10 is the smallest machine in the HUSCOF PRIME series, a gas-version automated coffee roaster built for green bean charges between 5 kg and 10 kg per drum. A double-walled stainless steel drum combines conductive and convective heat transfer for consistent flavor and aroma, while a user-friendly control panel and Artisan software integration let roasters monitor every roast professionally. Four independent motors keep roasting and cooling functions separate for shorter cycle times, and mixing blades in the drum achieve optimal roasting and blending, backed by a self-made high-class burner and precise thermocouples working in sync with the temperature controllers. A precise manual airflow damper paired with a separated chaff collector keeps roasting consistent batch after batch, and built-in maintenance access keeps cleaning and part replacement quick and low-cost.
