A user-friendly control panel paired with Artisan software lets roasters run and log every batch professionally, while four independent motors keep roasting and cooling functions fully separate for shorter cycle times. Mixing blades achieve optimal roasting and blending, backed by a self-made high-class burner and precise thermocouples working in sync with the temperature controllers, and a precise manual airflow damper with a separated chaff collector keeps every roast consistent. Built-in maintenance access keeps cleaning and part replacement quick and low-cost.
